1. Service and acceptance

IsFoul is an independent digital project operated from Peru. By creating an account or using participation features, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice and Cookie Information.

If you do not agree, you may browse public material but must not create an account or participate.

2. Minimum age

You must be at least 16 years old to create or use an IsFoul account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Independent football discussion

IsFoul provides evidence-led discussion and community polling about football decisions. It is not an official referee review system, governing body, competition organizer, club, broadcaster, or legal authority.

Community results represent participating users and do not replace official match decisions.

4. Accounts

• Provide a valid email address and keep access credentials confidential.
• Use one account only and do not impersonate another person, organization, or IsFoul staff member.
• Choose a username carefully because it becomes permanent after onboarding.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Voting

Each eligible account may cast one vote per debate. A submitted vote is permanent and cannot be changed. Results and comments are intentionally hidden until you vote.

You must not manipulate polls through multiple accounts, automation, coordinated abuse, credential sharing, or any attempt to bypass technical controls.

6. Community contributions

You retain ownership of text and profile material you create. You grant IsFoul a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that material only as needed to operate, moderate, and promote the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your contributions are lawful and that you have the right to submit them.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Harassment, threats, hate speech, discriminatory abuse, or targeted humiliation.
• Spam, scams, malicious links, malware, or unauthorized advertising.
• Publishing private personal information or content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• Vote manipulation, scraping that disrupts the service, unauthorized access, or attempts to evade sanctions.
• False reports or repeated misuse of moderation tools.

8. Moderation

IsFoul may hide or remove content, issue warnings, suspend accounts, or permanently ban accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, preserve voting integrity, or comply with law.

Moderation decisions use available context and may be reviewed through the contact address below. We cannot guarantee that every report will produce the outcome requested by the reporter.

9. Editorial material and third-party sources

IsFoul’s original design, structure, branding, and editorial copy are protected by applicable rights. Match facts, external reports, and linked media may belong to their respective owners.

External links are provided for evidence and context. IsFoul does not control their availability, accuracy, terms, or privacy practices and does not claim affiliation merely by linking to them.

10. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every external source will remain accessible.

Editorial content is provided for information and discussion, not as legal, betting, refereeing, or professional advice.

11. Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, IsFoul is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party content, external services, or user conduct outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Account closure

You may request account closure through the contact address below. We may retain limited information where necessary to resolve disputes, enforce sanctions, protect the service, or comply with legal duties, as explained in the Privacy Notice.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Peru, without limiting mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern in good faith.

14. Changes

We may update these terms as IsFoul develops. Material changes will be announced through the service. Continued account participation after the effective date means you accept the updated terms; where law requires renewed consent, we will request it.
